Her deep affection for furry companions and a desire to offer a unique, loving haven for dogs sparked the birth of The K9 Hangout. With a cozy home exuding warmth and comfort, Stephanie transformed her space into a haven where wagging tails and playful barks harmonized with laughter and joy.
Every nook and corner were carefully designed to accommodate furry guests, ensuring safety, happiness, and an ambiance reminiscent of a home away from home.
Through her unwavering commitment to providing personalized care, fostering playful interactions, and prioritizing the well-being of every canine visitor, Stephanie's endeavor blossomed into The K9 Hangout—a place where tails wagged in anticipation, hearts were filled with contentment, and lasting bonds between humans and their four-legged companions were forged.
About Stephanie
I’ve always had dogs, but it wasn’t until I got my first “grown-up” dog that I truly understood what it means to be a dog owner. Now, I have three fur babies who mean the world to me.
Nala, my first dog, has been with me since she was 8 weeks old. Adopted from a breeder, she has taught me patience as she can be quite a handful.
Harley joined us not long after Nala. He was abandoned at her training facility, and after they bonded, I couldn’t leave him behind. Harley has had significant medical needs, including surgery for a tumor and subsequent cancer treatment. Thankfully, his outlook is positive.
Bailey, my first foster fail, is a rescue from Korea. I fell in love with her immediately and couldn’t let her go.
Thanks to my dogs, I’ve educated myself on how to care for them and understand their needs and body language. In my spare time, I help local dog rescues by fostering dogs in need, gaining experience with a wide variety of breeds and ages.
